Dr.Parsa Peykar, a psychologist, university professor and author, shares through the episodes lessons on leadership, influence and service. Each episode is like a ”mini-research” which answers the ”Research question” related to the topic and will be divided into three parts: 1-A book review/ Art analysis. 2- A podcast with an influential person. 3- University student’s feedback on the topic. One theme is common among all episodes: All the guests suggest at least one act of kindness for listeners to do. The Professor P Podcast acts as a fun, engaging ”university” which tends to bring both educational and experimental lessons to each listener and help them to be influential figure in their chosen field! Ryan Dusick is a musician best known as the original drummer for the American pop rock band Maroon 5. He was a founding member of the band along with Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, and James Valentine. Dusick played drums for Maroon 5 from its formation in 1994 (originally known as Kara's Flowers) until 2006. During his time with the band, Maroon 5 gained widespread popularity with hits like "This Love," "She Will Be Loved," and "Harder to Breathe." Dusick left the band in 2006 due to serious wrist and shoulder injuries, and he was replaced by Matt Flynn. Since leaving Maroon 5, Dusick has pursued other ventures outside of the music industry of being a psychotherapist and writing his latest book,Harder to Breathe: A Memoir of Making Maroon 5, Losing It All, and Finding Recovery

Ryan Dusick is a therapist, author, and the founding drummer of Maroon 5. He was instrumental in the band's rise to fame, contributing to their early success with hits like Songs About Jane. However, the rapid transition from garage band to global stardom took a significant toll on Dusick’s mental health, leading him to step away from Maroon 5 in 2006 due to physical and emotional burnout. After struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction, he found purpose through recovery work, which inspired him to pursue a new career in mental health.

حسن تفتیان دونده المپیکی است که نماینده ایران در ریو ۲۰۱۶ و توکیو ۲۰۲۰ بوده است. او کشورش را در چهار دوره مسابقات قهرمانی جهان و سه دوره ی داخل سالن همراهی کرده است. تفتیان در مسابقات دو میدانی قهرمانی نوجوانان آسیا در سال ۲۰۱۲ مدال طلای ماده ۱۰۰ متر را کسب کرد. در ۸ جولای ۲۰۱۷ تفتیان اولین ایرانی بود که توانست در مسابقات دو و میدانی قهرمانی آسیا در ماده ۱۰۰ متر مدال طلا را پس از پایان با زمان ۱۰.۲۵ ثانیه در قهرمانی آسیا ۲۰۱۷ به دست آورد.

Hassan Taftian is an olympic sprinter that represented Iran at Rio2016 and Tokyo2020. He represented his country at four outdoor and three indoor World Championships. Taftian won the gold medal in 100 metres at the 2012 Asian Junior Athletics Championship. On 8 July 2017 Taftian became the first Iranian to ever win the gold medal in 100 metres in an Asian Athletics Championship  after finishing with a time of 10.25 seconds at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championship.

Hasan Taftian, born in 1993, is a prominent Iranian sprinter renowned for his speed in the 100 and 60 meters, earning him the title of the "fastest man in Asia." He achieved major success by winning gold in the 100 meters at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships and the 60 meters at the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships. Taftian has represented Iran on the world stage, including at the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics, consistently ranking among Asia’s elite sprinters.
