Dr. Sheila Nazarian is a prominent plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, known for her innovative approach to aesthetic procedures. Born in New York City in 1979, she and her family fled Iran during the revolution and settled in Los Angeles. Dr. Nazarian's educational journey includes attending Harvard-Westlake School, Columbia University, and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by residency training at the University of Southern California (USC), where she also earned a Master’s in Medical Management. She runs a successful practice and is the star of the Netflix series "Skin Decision," which emphasizes the emotional and psychological aspects of cosmetic surgery rather than merely the procedures themselves. In addition to her surgical practice, she serves as an assistant professor at USC, teaching aspiring plastic surgeons. Dr. Nazarian is also an entrepreneur, having founded a skincare line called The Skin Spot. Beyond her professional life, she is an outspoken advocate for Jewish and conservative values, often addressing issues related to antisemitism and cultural identity through her social media platforms.
